Today was a good day. They are so rare that a page had to immortalize this happiness by nature ephemeral.
all began with an estimate in a beautiful 5 room apartment with balcony on the 10th floor near Coulee Verte with breathtaking views and an owner who, having traveled the world, acquired a certain talent for storytelling. Yes, I admit, sometimes I visit beautiful mansions, meet beautiful girls and instruct me in contact with people erudite. And then there are good people, people who disregard the real estate agent to focus on humans. People who welcomed me and confide in as if I was a family friend.
